This mobile application year-long course was an engagement in a professional practice project
with the University of Illinois at Chicago Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic. In group collaboration,
this course consisted of creating a mobile app for waiting patients as they fill in their personal
and medical information before they see the medical staff. To help relieve the anxiety of filling
out forms, this app is a visual form of simple text and abstract nature backgrounds of the seasons:
spring, summer, autumn, and winter, to create a reassuring experience for waiting patients.
